História clínica


22-year old man with a history of systemic lupus erythematosus on prednisone and Imuran for autoimmune hepatitis with intermittent courses of plaquenil in the past. He presented with headache and facial droop and was ultimately diagnosed with EBV meningitis and cranial neuritis. During his hospitalization, chest Xray and CT scan revealed progression of nodular infiltrates within his lungs, which were biopsied.
