54-year old woman with a past history of right ovarian cysadenocarcinoma and of left breast carcinoma with bilateral mastectomy and insertion of implants. The patient was BRCA 1, 2 negative. She received Tamoxifen, but no chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Three years later, she developed enlargement and inflammation of the right breast with a periprosthetic fluid collection. Implants were removed with the capsule, and fluid sent to Cytopathology. PET scan following surgery was negative, and LDH and CBC were normal. No definite tumor mass was identified and no therapy given for the lymphoma.
